Scotsdales wanted to use leaflets, as part of an integrated campaign, to build the ‘Scotsdales Brand’, increase store footfall, sales and profitability. Also to sell current instore promotions and activities to as wide a audience as possible.
Scotsdales were able to determine an appropriate drive-time to use around each of their 3 stores whilst identifying postal sectors that possessed a high penetration of the typical customer.
Leaflet activity began in 2015 and as a result the company has seen an increase in sales of 8.5% year on year (£15.7m) and also an increase in customer numbers of 5.3% year on year (857,043).
